Your First Visit

If you're a first-time visitor at Naturopathic Care of Texas,  you'll need to give us some information about your background, medical history and the nature of your condition. This is so that we can provide the best possible care, tailored to your specific circumstances.

A bit of paperwork

You will need to fill out forms that provide  information about you and your condition. Our intake forms are comprehensive. 

Go to Make an appointment on the left side of the page so you can print out the intake form.  If you prefer and time permits, we can send it through the mail.  The more information we have, the better we are able to serve you so kindly take your time completing this paperwork.  Also be sure and bring any previous lab work with you. 

First Visit

During your first consultation with the doctor, you'll discuss any health-related issues and concerns. You will also learn about  potential recommendation options. 

 You will go home with a plan that you and the doctor have discussed and agreed upon.
